Pro Lineup™ Premium Warning Track Mix

Pro Gold Track Mix is stabilized with Natracil™ and provides a surface that is aesthetically pleasing, but is also functionally firm and durable. The material is produced from screened decomposed granite which has a natural golden color. Pro Gold Track Mix is blended with a computerized pug mill to ensure consistency and quality. Economically priced for all levels of play. If desired, additional colors are available.

The track mix shall consist of crushed-screened 3/8 inch minus decomposed granite fines as processed by Gail Materials (951-279-1095).
Natracil™ organic binder as distributed by Gail Materials shall have a minimum swell volume of 35 ml/gm. The binder shall be incorporated with the granite fines by the use of a pug mill that includes a weight belt feeder that insures the proper ratio of binder to granite fines. Bucket or belt blending are not acceptable methods.
For installation of new tracks place Pro Gold Track Mix to a minimum depth of 4 inches compacted.
For each 2 inch lift evenly spread the material over entire area and apply water so that the entire depth of material is moist. Level to desired grade. After a period of +/- 6 hours compact the final lift with a minimum 1000-pound static drum roller. Allow for the material to dry. It should be noted that for a level surface it is recommended to grade the area with a laser or similar.
